baby movements
Yesterday afternoon I laid down to take a nap and I felt the baby move for the first time! At first I thought, "Was that really the baby?" Then I felt it two more times and was convinced! It was so amazing to feel the first little flutters of our precious baby's movements. It is still hard to grasp the idea that I have an actual baby growing inside me. God works on wonderful ways! Today at school, while I was teaching, I could feel the baby move sporadically throughout the day. On the way home in the car, I coughed and then felt two quick movements like the baby was saying "Stop that, Mom!" What a wonder!

That is the most amazing feeling. I couldn't believe I was actually having a baby until she was actually in my arms.
So happy for you! I'll be anxious to hear if you are having a boy or girl!
That is a wonderful feeling--I think God makes us fall more in love as we feel them moving and growing inside. Sooo happy for you.
SO FUN!!! I miss feeling those sweet little movements. Enjoy them now...pretty soon they'll be packing some extra umph! Looking forward to seeing your dad tomorrow~
Awww, how exciting Hattie!!! Those really are fun times and it is truly amazing all the wonderful things you will experience on your journey to parenthood. Can't wait to hear what you are having either!!!
Oh....nothing compares to that feeling! I still loved it when I was huge, uncomfortable & 9 months pregnant!
How exciting, Hattie! I'm so happy and excited for you and Mark. You are going to have tons of fun being parents. Also, I loved the Halloween costume--very creative :)
